Directions:
- REMOVE: Remove spray nozzle by grasping at the base and pulling up.
- RINSE: Rinse under running tap, and dry at room temperature
- REPLACE: Aim away from your face and gently replace spray nozzle until a soft click is heard
- SOAK: If the spray nozzle is still clogged, soak in warm water. Then repeat steps 2 and 3
DOSAGE: Use two sprays into each nostril once a day.
